Medically- very happy.
Ward care- massive variation in consistency, especially through the night, some nights barely any visits, others frequent visits.
Suggested improvements
The food menu is a total joke, everyday at every meal at least one item would be wrong. In my wing at least two of us would have incorrect meals. The same was true if certain medications needed changing- staff were told- no one listens!!

Day staff were fantastic and so empathetic.
Thank you very much for everything!

Night staff were not interested. Barely checked on me. I had to ask for pain relief, water and to know if I was staying in or going home at 11:30 pm asked for more pain relief at 6:30 am was disappointed with my treatment last night.
